Dominique is a strategic communications expert specializing in behaviour change communication (BCC), and stakeholder engagement for twenty years. Dominique led health, sanitation and environmental projects, evaluation of campaigns, and production of communication materials for international development organizations and the Asian Development Bank.

Her experience includes designing a global communication strategy used in 80 countries that mobilized 2.5 million people for child health with World Vision International. She also wrote and published a Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) Toolkit and introduced BCC in 16 countries in the Asia-Pacific region and developed an interpersonal communication guide for the Department of Health and USAID project in the Philippines.

Adept at designing communication materials and publications, Dominique led the publication of several books and manuals. As a journalist, she has written success stories for the European Union-funded projects among Syrian refugees in Jordan and the Palawan Tropical Forestry Protection Programme in the Philippines.

She has extensive work experience with the media, government partners and skilled in managing public relations and communications.
