Iyad led The SWM project in Al-Azraq camp and have been responsible for the projects operation for 4 years now, he enlisted specifications and quality standards of the project that is being implemented, and made sure that the correct steps were taken to meet those standards, his knowledge in civil engineering has led the project to provide accurate numbers and reports throughout the year to monitor and evaluate each component in the project.

His experience includes planning, designing and implementing a Community mobilizer in Al-Azraq Camp regarding SWM behavior changing, And the strategies has been applied on ground to measure the actual progress in Behavior change regarding SWM separation.

His high response skills to any challenge is ideal. His accurate forecast and predictive precautions has led the way in difficult time in Al-Azraq Camp handling the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
